Payment Options

Payments should be made at The Impact Bank, Wellington, Kansas. Please make checks payable to the RURAL WATER DISTRICT NO.3, SUMNER COUNTY, KS

Each benefit unit owner should have a payment coupon book supplied to them by Rural Water District #3. If you do not have a coupon book, please contact us to request a new book.
